  I have been using Floyd's Willow Grove about two years, I am careful on who cuts my hair and I stay with the same person, as long as they stay with Floyd's. I have recently switched to Hanna when she arrived. Hanna has cut my hair 4 times, each time she has been better. Hanna knows what I want and goes to it, each time I am happier with the results. Ask for her, you will not be sorry. I am a senior and she knows what to do. I think management need to pay closer attention to the front desk, nights and weekends.
